Spring Cleaning for the Mind and Body

I hope this message finds you well after the recent holiday season, which included meaningful observances such as Easter, Passover, Ramadan, and other celebrations. While this time of year can be significant for many of us, the gatherings and emotions that come with it can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed. Whether we were able to be with loved ones or not, this time can often leave us feeling reflective, contemplative, or even a bit raw.

However, recognizing that holidays can get us out of balance and being aware of tools to regain balance can be helpful guidance in moving into a more balanced state after the holiday experiences. In this spirit, I invite you to join me on a journey of self-reflection and healing.

One tool we can use to become more aware of our energy centers and how they may be impacted by our experiences is chakra assessment. The seven chakras are energy centers located along the spine, each associated with a different aspect of our being and corresponding to a specific color and sound vibration.

Through a chakra assessment, we can take the time to notice any imbalances that may be present and shift our awareness towards restoring balance in our bodies and minds. This process can help us tap into our inner selves, heal old wounds, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose.

In the reflection questions, you can differentiate between your experiences during the holiday season and your current state to guide you in assessing how you may have gotten off balance during the holiday and how you can work towards re-balancing your chakras in the present moment.

Take this assessment and suggestions to reset your balance:
